“What do you have in stock?”
Send a link.

The stock offer is a page with what you have free right now, at a given customer's prices. The customer opens it on their phone without signing in, taps in the quantities and orders. All you do is confirm.

  1. Create a linkPick the customer, how long it is valid and a note, such as “Deliveries on Wednesday and Friday”.
  2. Send it over WhatsAppWith one button, or copy it and send it any other way.
  3. The customer ordersA draft order at their prices appears in Orders and your phone gets a notification.
The offer page on the customer's phone: kegs with prices excl. and incl. VAT, packaging deposit, quantities, delivery date and the Send order button
Always currentShows stock minus confirmed orders. Nobody can order more than is free.
The customer's pricesTheir price list, else the main one. Prices excl. and incl. VAT plus the packaging deposit.
In your nameWith the brewery's logo and in its language. You see how many times the customer opened the offer.

One screen on your side

You create a link in seconds and the list shows until when it is valid and whether the customer opened it. When it should no longer work, you delete it.

Features

Everything a brewery does every day

The modules are linked. A brew sheet writes off ingredients, a delivery note writes off beer and adds excise duty, and invoices are made from delivery notes.

Production

Tanks, plan and brew sheets

See at a glance what is fermenting where, how full each tank is and how dark the beer is. The production plan shows whether there are enough ingredients for the planned brews.

  • A brew sheet from the plan in one click and ingredients written off stock by FIFO
  • Brewing steps with start and end times and a “now” button right in the row
  • Fermentation plans with tasks and reminders on the phone
  • Recipe calculator OG, FG, alcohol, IBU and EBC colour

Stock · artificial intelligence

Snap the malt invoice. The receipt fills itself in.

Take a photo of a supplier invoice or upload the PDF. The system reads it and prepares a stock receipt: supplier, document number, items, quantities and prices. You just check it and post it.

  • Creates a new supplier itself from the invoice details
  • Converts packs – 20 sacks of 25 kg become 500 kg
  • Records alpha acids and crop year for hops and the recipe calculator uses them straight away
  • Spreads shipping into the ingredients' purchase prices
  • Offers unknown items for matching and remembers them for this supplier next time

Calendar

The whole month on one screen

Planned and brewed batches, fermentation tasks, deliveries for orders and holidays. Switch each layer on or off.

  • Click an event to open the batch or the order
  • A morning summary of the day arrives on the phone

Sales

From the order to the paid invoice

Price lists for each customer, orders, delivery notes and invoices. Send documents as PDF by e-mail straight from the app.

  • Keg deposits and an overview of how many kegs each customer holds
  • QR payment on invoices (PAY by square, QR Platba)
  • Credit notes, including returning goods to stock
  • Reminders for overdue invoices and unreturned kegs
  • Export to POHODA accounting and e-invoices in Peppol format
  • The customer signs with a finger when collecting at the brewery – on the delivery note or invoice, printed in the PDF too

Deliveries · new

Beer delivery runs signed on the phone

Put the day's delivery notes into a run for a driver and vehicle. The driver works through it stop by stop on a phone, and the office sees what has been delivered.

  • Loading list – what to load and how many empty kegs to collect
  • The whole route in Google Maps and navigation to a stop with one tap
  • Empties taken back and the customer's finger signature – straight onto the delivery note
  • Not delivered with a reason and a notification to the office
  • Log book – the run's kilometres are recorded automatically

Excise duty

The return's figures prepare themselves

Duty arises from issued delivery notes, per beer and batch, using the batch's actual alcohol. At the end of the month you just check and print it.

  • Reduced rate for small independent breweries
  • Report for the customs office by degrees Plato
  • Deliveries to other EU countries with e-AD and the small brewery certificate
  • Cider and sweetened drinks as separate modules

Sanitation, HACCP and team

The paperwork inspectors want to see

Checklists for critical control points, tank sanitation records and a printable log. A deviation at a critical point asks for a corrective action.

  • Checklists and the HACCP log ready to print
  • Attendance on the phone or a PIN terminal with a monthly timesheet
  • Holidays with approval
  • Incident reports with a photo from the phone and a notification for the manager

Statistics

Numbers you no longer work out in Excel

Revenue, litres sold, average price per litre, estimated profit from costing, kegs at customers and ingredient stock, for any period.
